Panasonic has launched world’s lightest HD camcorder HDC-TM35 which just weighs 185g (just a bit more than BlackBerry Storm 2) and is idle for women mostly. This new camcorder supports 1920 x 1080/60i HD mode AVCHD (Advanced Video Codec High Definition) video capturing with its 1/41 type MOS of 3.32-megapixel image sensor and can also capture 2.16 Megapixel still images.

Other features include IA Zoom, Image Stabilization, Smile Shutter and is coming with a 16.8x optical zoom lens, 2.7-inch LCD display, 2-channel built-in stereo microphone, stereo speakers, HDMI output.

Sanyo has released the world’s first waterproof full HD camcorder Sanyo Xacti DMX-CA100. The camcorder can be used underwater up to a depth of 3 meters for filming a full HD video (1920 x 1080 pixels) up to 60 mins length for capturing still photos with its 14 Megapixels camera.

The camera is coming with High-Speed Sequential Shooting (HSS) feature
