Samsung has recently announced a new entry level affordable 3G phone Samsung C5010 aka Samsung Squash. The candybar phone features 3G (UMTS), 2-inch display, music player, FM radio, Bluetooth v2.1, 1.3 MP camera, microSD support (up to 8GB) etc.
